My Say it Best Programs are a wonderful way to help your child improve his/hers speech skills in a fun way. I have been a speech therapist for over 30 years. I have always made it a point to include parents or grandparents in my speech therapy sessions, so that they can observe how I work with their child and reinforce the techniques at home. My Say it Best software empowers parents to be able to utilize research based techniques that I use to improve specific speech sounds in my clinical practice. This gives you an opportunity to reinforce at home the speech sounds that the speech therapist is working on in school. I often use one of my articulation programs for the first 30 minutes of a session. As the child goes through the program, I offer cues as how to produce the sound correctly if it wasn’t correct. In order to help you understand how to better produce the sound the child is working on, I have included a teaching video link on each DVD computer software program that I have produced. My own child also had a speech sound disorder. I wish now, that I had then, my Say it Best software to augment the therapy I was providing.
